We had so many wonderfully dark and decadent submissions for the Umbrae Noctis Festival this year that it was extremely hard to choose...so we decided to go ahead and have Burlynomicon in November this year so that you, our lovely patrons of the arts, get to witness more glorious and soul opening art! As you know, Burlynomicon is a monthly spectacular showcase of the finest darkly decadent performance art amongst resplendently eerie surroundings, where you can also peruse the delightful wares of our vendor, delight in delicious cocktails, indulge in food to nourish your weary soul, and encounter a magical being that will tell you of your fortune. Produced and hosted by Natasha Riot, Burlynomicon is a darkly decadent monthly showcase of performance (now in its 14th year!) held every second Tuesday of the month (January - November) in the incredibly rare, cryptic expanse of The Coffin. Venture into the dark speakeasy that features a monthly rotating cast of cabaret and performance art talent from Portland and beyond, where performers present art & beauty with an eerie and humorous twist. Advance tickets are highly recommended, as capacity is limited. This show WILL sell out! - GENERAL ADMISSION SEATING IS TICKETED ONLY. There are standing room only tickets available for pre-sale and at the door (as room allows) -Doors will open at 7pm. Plan to arrive early for dinner, courtesy of the Coffin Cart, for delicious drink specials created just for Burlynomicon, take time to peruse our delightful vendors, and to claim your seat! - 2 drink minimum of whatever sort of libation suits your fancy is required (price not included in ticket). - Costumes/fancy dress are highly recommended! - Masks are not required, yet encouraged, as we are an intimate venue. - Please no smoking or vaping inside the venue.
